• My average turnaround time is 2-4 weeks, excluding weekends and holidays. If I can get it done sooner, I will certainly try to.
• Rush orders are available for an additional charge. If you need your order done sooner than my 2-4 week turnaround time, please get in touch with me for more information and rush order pricing.
• All details should be confirmed during the order process. This includes size, colors, fonts, etc.
• Upon request, I can provide digital proofs for approval with customized items once your item is purchased. Unfortunately, I cannot offer proof before purchase due to the number of inquiries I receive.
• All sales are final. Because your items are custom ordered and handmade for you, no refunds or returns will be accepted. Cancellations will only be accepted within 6 hours of purchasing. Please speak with me if you have concerns regarding a specific order.
• By paying for your order, you consent to a photo of your item being shared on the CamiPaige Boutique Facebook page and all other social media outlets. Please let me know if you do not want a picture of your item shared or if you would like it posted later.
• All shipping is done through USPS Priority Shipping and includes a tracking number. Shipping time varies by the state you live in and can take anywhere from 1-3 business days. Pick up in O'Fallon, MO, and is only available for local customers. Please message me to arrange a local pick-up order.
